The DI NOTO ice-cream shop’s main objective is to keep Sicilian tradition alive producing a genuine handcrafted ice-cream, without adding coloring agents nor preservatives. Following the ancient recipes of our ice-cream’s predecessors, the DI NOTO ice-cream is made choosing unique flavor ingredients (pistachio nut from Bronte, almond from Avola…) and using the best fresh fruit in season in the Sicilian territory, without impairing the nutritive and other properties.

The great success of our ice-cream depends, beside the natural ingredients used, on the creamy and soft look and taste (less than 30% natural non-forced air injected through the cream machine) warm to the palate and highly digestible.

The special care we pay to the choice of raw materials and the ongoing search for new products are key for us, that’s why everything is carefully selected by our ice-cream maker personally.

Hundreds of flavors are offered by the Gelateria DI NOTO; every year in our own laboratories, we test unique unusual flavors.
